Specialty made beautiful hand crafted cocktails

At Salute we are pushing the boundaries with our craft cocktails by utilizing top notch products to create one of a kind specialty drinks. We love using products from right here in Door County, including Aged Oak Brut Cider from Island Orchard Cider, plus using exotic items like Ube which is imported from the Philippines. Not only are we drying our garnishes right here at Salute, but we also use these garnishes to top of our regular craft cocktails and our signature ice cream drinks.
